Beef: Supplies of American ’dulled are small. Chilled hindquarters 8;;d; forequarters Butter: The market is firm. Danish, slow of. sale, per ewb, 162 s to 1665; Siberian, good demand continues, 128 s to 1325; Irish creamery, 143 s to 148 s; Australian, very little olfcving, 138 s to 140 s; Argentine, unsalted 140 s to 44 Is. Cheese : The markefis weak ■and declining rapidly. During the week prices have been irregular. There are large quantities of lowgrade Canadian and United States in store. Miivers show no disposition (to purchase, on aeount of being loaded with cheese bought for delivery at high prices. Hemp: 'The market is very quiet. New Zealand, good, to fair grade, per ton, £3l 1.0 s; fair, £29 iOs; July to September shipment, good- £3l, fair £29; Manila, New Zealand, fair £36 per ton, medium £3l 10s. 'flie output from Manila for the week was 25,000 hales. Hops; The market remains /inn. English, per cwt, 105 s to 1255"; Californian, 85s to l()5s. Wheat: The market is quiet but firm. July to August shipments, Canadian 55s per quarter; American, 48s; Argentina, nothing offering Here Oats: Tho market as quiet, hut steady July to August shipment, Argentine, 25s 6d per quarter.
