PR KSIDENT IN R EEU GE. THE PALACE DESTROYED. (United Press Association—Cooyriffht.) (Received J'ulv 28, 5,5 p.m.) LONDON, July 28. A now revolution has broken out. in Hayti. Tho revolutionists attacked President Guillaume’s palace, setting it ablaze. President Guillaume, after a heroic resistance with a handful, of soldiers, fled to the French Embassy. Tho Palace was destroyed.
