THE NEW EXECUTIVE. ‘.United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received J'plv 30, 10.50 p.m.) SYDNEY. July 30. An ordinance posted at the Courthouse at Norfolk Island abolishes the present executive as from July 31, and provides a council of six elected and six appointed ' members, who shall elect a president, and vice-president-from their own number. The president is to receive v2O a, year from tho island revenue. The franchise is extended to women of 21 years.
