Regarding the Associated Smelters Company’s convention that he wrongly charged the Broken Hill Proprietary Company with certain acts, ho declares that up to Dune 1. the Broken Hill proprietary handled the same lead which the' Associated Smelters Company handled and the gentlemen who originated tho now company are those who were parties to the old arrangement.
