Dr. Porter speaking in regard to the Town ley Maternity Home, said that Gisborne was developing and lie hoped the homo would develop in proportion. Deere and H. M. Porter, Js.P. Accused pleaded guilty. Senior-Sergt. Hutton said accused had had some liquor, and during a disagreement with a pakeha he made use of obscene language.
