The Nautical Court to-day decided that the collision between the scow Combine and tho barque Hazel Oraig, while the latter was under tow near Whan gar ei on Jul y 8, was duo to neglect of tho captain to comply with, the collision regulations. The Court ordered ‘the master and owners of the Combine to pay the costs of tho inquiry.
