Sir—ln your report ot the- tit> Bund’meetiny: to tulK * s f< ’ r strumcnts ami uniforms, reference s made l.v one of the speakers to tin Salvation Army Band instruments and uniforms. 1 know a number ol people .are under the impression that these uniforms are supplied to the Army bandsmen out of the geueial funds of the local corps of the Salvation Army. This is not so as each bandsman provides lus own unnoim and also subscribes a certain amount each week to pay for music.—! am. 11 C. DAVIS (Landsman).
