Our Wellington correspondent advises that the Hon. \\. I). S. MacDonah! leaves Wellington for Gisborne to-day.
Air W. A. Barton. S.M., left for Wairoa yesterday morning to conduct the monthly sitting of the Magistrate's Court at that centre.
Mr .). A. Everett, of the Gisborne staff of the Bank of Australasia loaves for Motu to-morrow to relieve Mr Basil White, of the Motu branch, who is proceeding to the front.
Air. James Mackenzie, 1.5.0., head of the Lands Department, has boon elected a Follow of the Royal Geographical Society, according to private advices received from London (says a P.A. message from Wellington ).
