CABINET APPROVES MILITARY CREDIT. MINISTER CALLED HOME FOR CONFERENCE. (Received August 10. 9.40 i>.m.) LONDON. August 10. 'Tlie “Politi Parisiori” states that tho Roumanian Cabinet lias approved an extraordinary credit of £4,000,000 for military purposes. The Roumanian Minister has been called home for a consultation.
