A CEASELESS BOM BA 111 )MENT. (Received Aug.-10, 8.40 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Aug. 10. The “Telcgraaf” reports that heavy artillery, equalling in intensity tho big Yser battles, was heard in the direction of Dixmude and continued all day, without a second's silence.
