rP-.-oif- Association Telegram. 3 11 'DUNEDIN, August 10 At the Supreme Court criminal sittings to-day John Ricly was found not guilty of mischief at Bnghton, * Alfred .ianiesAlcColl who had pleaded tniilty "and implicated ltiely, -was aomitted to probation for two years and ordered to pay the costs of the piostU James Kirkman, alias Jas. Turner, was acquitted on a charge of destining a small cottage and its contents, hut has still to stand trial foi tlneatoning to burn down a hotel. George Waterman, having been rejected for war service, was ordered to ioifte no for sentence for forgery within three years and further ordered to pay the-costs of tno prosecution.
