Howe, v U-vdiiey, ISM,” printed in the Tahi- W turn language, and embodying an epitome of Christ’s teachings, was sold at auetiom to-day for £l7 5s Gd. It is believed that the .Commonwealth Government was the purchaser. the price would have been greater, out that a' second copy has been discovered in the British Museum, where is also a copy of the Standing Orders of Sydney printed in 1802. Research indicates that the first prochamation was printed in Australia in 1794.
