It is believed that the .Commonwealth Government was the purchaser. the price would have been greater, out that a' second copy has been discovered in the British Museum, where is also a copy of the Standing Orders of Sydney printed in 1802. Research indicates that the first prochamation was printed in Australia in 1794.
