Radoslovoff, in reply to an interviewer, stated that Bulgaria was willing and waiting to join the Allies if guaranteed the realisation of national ideals, especially Macedonia. ‘•'We are openly negotiating both groups,” he stated'. “The Ententerequests fuli military co-operation; the cent:al powers only ask neutrality. Bulgaria does not want Constantinople. Some- States’ fears that they are threatened is groundless. The Bulgarian army and nation are now better equipped than ever All we ask is to give ns back Serbian Macedonia, and we will light the way that will serve you best.”
