THE HOSPITAL VACANCY.
(To the Editor.) Sir,—l shall ho glad of a little information with regard to the above. I have two white feathers for disposal. Understand that at the early date of the war men in authority encouraged the white feather episode. I am merely continuing wliat was advocated by men in authority. These feathers lam wanting to send to Or. Bright and Cr. Collins, but I am told there are certain restrictions placed on the feather department. Is it illegal to forward a feather to one whose policy is to follow “the line of bass resistance,” or another who fights in this instance not on the side of women. I do not wish to commit a breach of the feather code, so would be glad of information.—l am. etc.,' BURGLED.
