Opawa, which was due to arrive on Monday morning from Wellington and Napier, will'not arrive till to-morrow morning. I lie vessel will load wool and meat for Home ports. The heavy weather now raging on the East. Coast is disorganising the coastal shipping to a certain extent. The Union Co.’s s.s. Rosamond failed to work Tologa Ray yesterday and was forced to proceed to Auckland. Richardson and Co.’s s.s. Kahn’s sailing has again been postponed. Tiie vessel is now’ tinted to leave at daylight to-day, if the weather conditions moderate-. • The Union Co.’s s.s. Karamu (produce ship) is expected to arrive from Dunedin via Oamaru, Timaru' and Lyttelton about August 31. _ The produce ship s.s. Wanaka, of the same company, is duo to arrive on August 39, from' Bluff, via Oamaru and Timaru, on about August 30. Richardson and Co.’s s.s. Mako left .Auckland last night, for Coast bays and Gisborne. The s.s. Ripple, of the same company, left Wellington la A night tor iSapier and Gisborne and is due to arrive on Friday. After discharging she- will sail for Wellington direct. The Unon Co.’s s.s. Paioona arrives this morning from Napier and southern ports and will be tendered at (> and 10 a.m. 'i'he vessel will leave at about noon for Tokoinaru Bay and Auckland. The Huddart-Parker Co.’s s.s. Victoria arrives this afternoon from Auckland via Tokomaru Bay. Tim' vessel will ho tendered on arrival and at 7.30 p.m., leaving later for Napier and southern ports.
