DIRIGIBLES
COALITION VOTE 200,000 DOLLARS.

Mr Coolidge was flouted in the House of Representatives, when a coalition of Republicans and Democrats passed an amendment to the Naval Bill appropriating 2C0,000 dollars for the construction of dirigibles which will ultimately cost 4,000 dollars. The President’s Budget message had advised that there should be a halt in the construction of dirigibles.—A.N.Z.C.A.
