WEDDING
JACKSON-MOORE
Unusual colouring accentuated the charm of the frock of a dainty bride, attended by a maid whose frock was fashioned on similar lines to her own who was married one evening recently at St John’s Church, Latimer Square, Christchurch. Pastel-tinted flowers were used in profusion in decorating the church lor the wedding of Emmc May, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Moore, of St Albans, and Ernest John youngest son of Mr and Mrs John Jackson, of Gisborne. The bodice was sleeveless and tight-fitting to the natural waist-line, while the lull lace skirt was outstanding at either side. A dainty sprig of orange blossom adorned the waist of. the frock. The long veil of silver lace was adapted to form a graceful train, weighted at the end with a hand of golden tissue. A beautiful sheaf of American Beauty roses was carried by the bride. The maid’s frock was designed on the- same captivating lines, but expressed in silver lace over cameo-pink crcpe-de-chine, with a pink-sliaded posy at the waist, and with it she wore a small hat of cameo pink satin and velvet.
