CHAUFFEUR, SUES BOY MURDERER.
CHICAGO, Jan. 9. The Court's have been occupied inqtn action against the two youths, Loeb and Leopold, who two years ago were found guilty, and sentenced to imprisonment for the murder of another youth, Franks. The prisoners were sued by Charles Ream, a chauffeur, for 100,000 dollars damages, on a charge of having criminally mutilated him in 1923, before the Franks murder. After deliberating for 25 hours without being able to reach a decision the jury was discharged.
