DOG' COLLECTOR

(To the Editor.) Sir,—! have been appointed Registrar of Dogs within the Borough of Gisborne for the year 1927, commencing January 1, 1927, ending December 31, 1927, and would like to let the public know that the owner of any dog wearing a 1926 collar is liable to be fined. I make a house to house visit and am willing to make arrangements for the registration to suit the convenience of owners of dogs, notwithstanding the decision in the Magistrate’s Court of the 12tli inst.
