WELLINGTON, Jan. 14. It is announced that the New Zealand Times will cease publication after January 22. , ... It is understood that the goodwill has been disposed of to The Dominion, shareholders of the Times receiving consideration in shares in the Bbminion, so that in some sort it is an amalgamation of the two papers. The Times retains its premises and plant, which are not included m the transaction. —F.A:
