The most harmful things, he adds, arc lack of ventilation, and inteilci—enec with circulation, which prevent blood feeding the roots, resulting in an inadequate supply of natural grease and coloring matter. Hats which fit tightly on the forehead and scalp should not be worn. Velour and cloth hats allow the necessary ventilation, but oilskin, American cloth and imitation leather are most harmful and should he avoided.
