GERA! A NY’S DTSARAIAAIENT PROPOSALS (Received Jan. 18. 7.50 p.m.) PARIS, Jan. 17. The Inter-Allied military committee under Marshal Focli’s. presidency decided that Germany’s disarmament proposals are not acceptable. The breakdown of negotiations is not expected, however. The shrdl shrdluupn probably decide on the modification of Germany’s offer, particularly the destruction of the fortress of Glocau and fuller guarantees that other fortresses will be for purely defensive purposes.—A. and N.Z.O.A.
