ONLY ONE QUESTION OUTSTANDING. FORTRESSES UN EASTERN FRONTIER, (Received Jan. 22, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, Jan. 21. An agreement has been concluded between the Government and the in-ter-Allied Commission of Control regarding the export of manufactured war material laying down what armaments Germany may or may not export. The only disarmament question remaining to be settled concerns the fortresses on the Eastern frontier.- —Sun.
