. BAKERY SHOP .GUTTED. TE AWAMUTU, Jan. 24.' A fire at 10 o’clock on Saturday night completely gutted a bakery shop, with dwelling attached, in Market Street, occupied by C. R. Knowles and owned by J. H. Burns. The building was insiired for £BOO. The brigade prevented the spread of the fire to the adjoining premises.— P.A.
