SCHEME APPROVED BY N.S.W. * CABINET. (Received Jan. 25, 10.20 p.m-A SYDNEY, -Jan. 25. At the close of the State Cabinet meeting to-day the Premier announced that it had been decided to recommend to> caucus the introduction of the family endowment scheme, providing for the payment of six shillings weekly for each child up to the age of 14, and also for eafch dependent incapable of earning his or her living. It is stipulated, however, there shall be wage or salary limit of £’4oo per annum, and that the total amount to he paid to a worker in wages and to a. wife in allowances'for children shall not exceed that amount.—U.P.A. — - ,
