MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday, July 19. (Before C. 0. Bowen, Esq., R.M.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Timothy Fabey was fined 20s, -or in default forty-eight hours, John Quillon and George Hildrew were fined 10s each, or twenty-four hours’ imprisonment in default, VAGRANCY. John Murphy, for this offence, was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment with hard labor. There were four previous convictions against the prisoner.
