♦ CHRISTCHURCH. Friday, September 4. [Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., "R.M.] DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Louisa O'Brien, and Thomas Green, for this offence, were each fined 10s. DRUNK AND CREATING A DISTURBANCE. Thomas Upton for being drunk and creating a disturbance in the AJ. Hotel, was fined 20s or forty-eight hours. i DRUNK; AND, ILLEGALLY ON PREMISES. James Savage"and Catherine Boyle were charged with being drunk and illegally on the premise's 1 of Mr Oakes, St Asaph street. The prosecutor, did not appear and the. accused* were -each fined 10s for drunkenness.
