In pursuance of Clause 83 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867, I hereby give notice that the ANNUAL ELECTION of Councillors under the Act will take place on THURSDAY, the 9th day of September next. And I hereby require all candidates to be nominated as hereinafter mentioned before the day of nomination (Friday, the 27th day of August), at the office of the Town Clerk.
