* SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, October 29. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at II a.m. SB DAVID MILLER The bankrupt in person applied for an order fixing date of last examination. His Honor made the order fixing last examination of the bankrupt for Thursday, November 4th, KB JOHN NAPIER. Mr Slater, for the bankrupt, applied for an order of adjudication and fixing first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order as prayed, creditors to meet at November Bth, at II a.m BE GEORGE NASH. The bankrupt in person applied for a similar order. Order made ; creditors to meet on Bth November at twelve o’clock. RE MICHAEL JOHN BURKE, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Geoige Harper, for Mrs Burke, his Honor made an order of reference to the Registrar to enquire and report as to conditional agreements entered into for leases herein. RE GOODS OP WILLIAM HENRY GREEN, DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams applied for letters of administration to issue to Fanny Green, mother of deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. The Court then rose.
