CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, Novembers. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq, R.M.) Drunk and Disorderly.— John Rollingstone was fined ss, and Thomas Gourley ss. Failing to Obey an Order. —-lane M‘Mahon, charged on warrant with failing to obey an order of the Court, was sentenced to seven days’ imprisonment with hard labour. Drunk and Creating a Disturbance. —J ohn O’Brien, charged with being drunk and creating a disturbance in front of the Theatre, was fined 10s,
