Port Chalmers, October 27, Arrived—Three-masted schooner Panola, 120 days from New York, with 950 tons cargo, half for Dunedin, the remainder for Wellington. Messrs Allen and Street, contractors for the Port section of the Dunedin and Moeraki railways have been sued for £l9O damages to Messrs Bauchoff and Company’s saw mill by the fall of earth and stones.
