Mails per Arawata will close as under ; For the United Kingdom, via Southampton and Brindisi, at 11.20 a.m.; late letters, 11.40 a.m. For the Continent of Europe via France, Italy, and Trieste, at 11.20 a.m. ; late letters, 11.40 a.m. For Western Aust.alia, Point de Galle, India, China, and the East, Aden, Mauritius, Reunion, Natal, Cape of Good Hope, Suez, the Mediterranean Porta, Ameiica, &c, at 11 a.m; late letters, 11.2 u a m. For Otago and Australian Colonies, at 11.20 a.m.; late letters, 11.40 a.m. For registered letters, 10.30 a.m. For For posting book packets and newspaaers, 11 a.m. Late letters for the above mails can be posted at the railway station in the guard s ran up to 12.25 p.m. train, provided such letters bear an additional rate of postage as • late fee.
