— The Native Lands Bill. Incidence of Taxation. Wellington, August 14. It is understood that the Order of the Day for the second reading of the Native Lands Courts Bill will be discharged this afternoon, and that the Government will ask leave to introduce a short Bill providing (? against) all transactions in Native lands by private individuals for twelve months.
