The Provisional Directors are in communication with the City Council. Sydenham Municipality, and Avon Road Board, with a view to arranging the terms on which Tramways may De construced within their bounds. So soon as these terms can be adjusted, the Provisional Directors will issue a detailed Prospectus, and offer shares to the public.
