Tuuesday, October 24. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.] Lunacy feom Dkink. —Thomas Jones was remanded to Lyttelton until November Ist for medical treatment.
Drunkenness.— A first offender was fined ss. Using Obscene Language, —Frederick Harris admitted making use of the language complained of outside the Southern Hotel, Madras street, and was fined 20s.
