Friday, June 10, fßefore his Honor Judge Ward.] His Honor having taken his seat on the Bench, Mr Garrick, on behalf of the bar, congratulated him upon his having sufficiently recovered to resume his duties. His Honor acknowled tbe sympathy of the bar. ADJOURNED OASES. The following cases were adjourned : Hatohard v Moore, Molyneuz and others v Hay, Rowley v Greig and Hunter. SETTLED, The following cases were settled :—Paoke Bros, v Minohiner, the Queen v. P. Cunningham. CLARK V CLARK. In this case there was no appearance on either side. M’EABLANB AND OTHERS V N.Z. LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY COMPANY. In this case tho evidence had been hoard at a former sitting of the Court. Mr Harper proposed to re-oall Mr Mein. W. H. Mein was examined at some length as to the separate interests involved In the property which was tho subject of the action. Learned counsel then addressed the Court, After hearing Mr Harper and Mr Garrick, His Honor said he would take time to consider. The Court then adjourned till Monday next, at eleven o’clock.
