JUDGMENT GIVEN AGAINST BROUGHTON. Wellington, last night. Judgment in the Renata will case was delivered this morning by His Honor the Chief Justice, when probate was granted to Mrs Donnelly. Costs were given against Broughton. Notice of appeal was given. THE INTEREST IN NAPIER. SUBSCRIPTIONS TOWARDS COST OF APPEAL Napier, last night. There has been unusual interest taken here in the Renata will case, which was concluded at Wellington, and there was great speculation in town this morning as to what the decision would be, it being thought that judgment would be given for Broughton. The feeling of sympathy with Mr W. Broughton, is having a very tangible outcome. It is underthat £5 debentures are to be issued in order to defray the costs of an appeal.
