RESIGNATION OF THE MINISTRY. A ROW WITH THE GOVERNOR. Brisbane, yesterday. Sir Thomas Mollwraith has placed his re. signation and that of his colleagues in the hands of His Excellency the Governor. This step was taken on account of a disagreement with the Governor, His Excellency has sent for S. Griffiths.
