THE WHEAT YIELD.
AN ENORMOUS RISE PREDICTED. DEFICIENCY IN FRANCE. London, Sept 13. Mr Harris, wheat expert, predicts an enormous rise in the price of wheat owing to the scarcity of supplies, Paris, Sept 1. In consequence of the falling off in the yield of wheat, France will require to import forty million hectolitres of wheat.
