CHINA AND AMERICA. REPRISALS TO BE INSTITUTED. Canton, Sept 15. lhe viceroy of this district has petitioned the Imperial Government to prohibit the import of kerosene, on the ground that ft is dangerous. It is supposed it will be impossible for America to complain after excluding the Chinese.
