AUTHENTICITY OF EXTRACTS DOUBTED. EMPEROR AND BISMARCK'S STATEMENTS. Berlin, Sept 25. lhe Emperor William and Prince Bismarck have caused doubts as to the authenticity of extracts which have been published from the diary of the late Emperor Frederick. They both state that they are convinced that the alleged extracts are at least partially fictitious.
