A RUSSIAN MOVE.
SUBSIDISING A LINE OF STEAMERS. A MERCHANT NAVY. Sr Petebsdvrg, Sept 27. The Russian Government have agreed to subsidise to the amount of 109,000 roubles a private line of steamers to run to the Pacific ports of Corea, China, and Japan, on condi* tion that the vessels engaged in trade are to be at the disposal of the Government in time of war.
