MESSRS Graham, Pitt, and Bennett, Instructed by the Sheriff of the Poverty Bay District, will, on FRIDAY, the 2ed day of November, 1888, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, Sell by Public Auction iu their Auction Mart, situate in Gladstone Road, Gisborne — All the undivided estate, BIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST OF THE ABOVE NAMED PLAINTIFFS—Apiata te Parehuia, Ruta Hape, Rapata Taita, Bn lene Koroua, Emere Ngahne, Hoa--a Angina, Hoani Piwaka, Anaru Ta ruke, Ramari Kopua, Te Paea Ruakaipuke, Hapi Hinaki, Noa Whakaatere, and Ereti Mariko—in and to all that Tract of Country or Block of Land situate in tho District of Poverty Bay, in the Colony of New Zealand, called or known cs “ The Whangara Block,” containing by admeasurement twenty-one thousand four hundred and fitly (21,450) acres, more or less. This Block is subject to a Lease dated the 251 h day of June, 1879, for a term of 21 Years. ALSO,— All the Estate, Right, Title, and Interest of the above named Plaintiff, Hapi Hjsaki, in Section 291, Kaiti Blook, containing one acre, end in Section 303, Kaiti Blook, containing twelve acres. Teems Cash, The Sala is made at the suit of Cbahlks SbthoOb, of Whangara, the Elocution Creditor, whose Solicitor is Edmund James Cbbisp, of Gisborne, and the name of the Officer executing the writ is Ghaham Lord Gbbbnwood.
