Instructed by the Sheriff of the Poverty Bay District, will, on FRIDAY, the 2nd day of November, 1888, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, Sell by Publi c Auction in their Auction Mart, situate in Gladstone Road, Gisborne— ALL THE UNDIVIDED ESTATE, RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST OF THE ABOVE NAMED PLAINTIFFS—Apiata te Parehuia, Ruta Hape, Rapata Taita, Butene Koroua, Emere Ngahue, Hoana Angina, Hoani Piwaka, Anaru Taruke, Ramari Kopua, Te Paea Ruakaipuke, Hapi Hinaki, Noa Whakaatere, and Ereti Mariko in and to all that Tract of Country or Block of Land situate in the District of Poverty Bay, in the Colony of New Zealand, called or known as “The Whangara Block,” containing by admeasurement twenty.one thousand four hundred and fifty (21,450) acres, more or less.
