GISBORNE HARBOUR BOARD. Proposal to obtain consent of a majority (both as to number and value) of Ratepayers to expend a further sum of' £40,000 out of the loan of £200,000, for the purpose of extending the Breakwater, now partly constructed at Gisborne.
