Holiday, 9th November (Prince cf Wales' Birthday).—The Post Offices in the postal district of Gisborne will observe a close holiday on the 9th inst. Mails usually despatched on Friday will close at 7 30 p m on Thursday, Bth. The Telegraph Office will open from 9 a m to 10 a m and from 7 p m to 8 pm.
