Bennett, Instructed by the Sheriff of the Poverty Bay District, will, on SATURDAY, the Ist day of December, 1888, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, Sell by Public Auction in their Auction Mart, situate in Gladstone Road, Gisborne— All the undivided estate, RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST OF THE ABOVE NAMED PLAINTIFFS—Apiata te Parehuia, Rut a Hape, Rapata Taita, Rutene Koroua, Emere Ngahue, Hoana Angina, Hoani Piwaka, Anaru Taruke, Ramari Kopua, Te Paea Ruakaipuke, Hapi Hinaki, Noa Whakaatere, and Ereti Mariko—in and to all that Tract of Country or Block of Land situate in the District of Poverty Bay, in the Colony of New Zealand, called or known as “The Whangara Block,” containing by admeasurement twenty-one thoueand four hundred and fifty (21,450) acres, more or less.
