WHITECHAPEL HORRORS.
ANOTHER HUMAN BUTCHERY. PARDON OFFERED TO INFORMERS. A SUSPECT ARRESTED. London; Nov 10. Still another atrocity has been added to the horrible list of murders that have lately been committed in this city, and a fresh convulsion of excitement has disturbed the returning feeling of equanimity. One of the low women of the city had been known to take a man in to her lodgings, and next day her body was discovered, apparently having been operated on in a terrible manner. The entrails had been removed, and the knife otherwise used in a way that the result was frightful to behold. The police are resorting to every means to secure the murderer, and bloodhounds are beiqg tried for the purpose of capturing the person who was seen enter the house with the woman. A free pardon has been offered to anyone concerned in the Whitechapel murders, except the actual murderer, for such information as will lead to a conviction. A sailor lately returned from Sydney has been arrested on suspicion.
