JUDGMENT FOR BROUGHTON, WITH COSTH, GREAT EXCITEMENT IN NAPIER. Wellington, to-day. In the great Hawke’s Bay will case, Broughton v. Donnelly, judgment was given 'U favor of Mr Broughton, witn full costs. Leave to appeal to the Privy Council was Riven. Napier, to-day. There was great excitement in town to-day when the decision of the Appeal Court was known in the case of Broughton v. Donnelly (Renata will case).
