WELLINGTON RACES. Wellington, yesterday. The following are the results of the races to-day:— Flying Stakes—J mile: Whisper (8.7) I, Forester (8.10) 2, Man Friday (7.5) 3. Won by a nook; time 1.17. Rifle fell and his neck, but the jockey was uninjured, Huddles : Orlando 1, Clyde 2, Spring Handicap : Strenuous 1, Scrub 2, Lenore 3. DUNEDIN RACES. Dunedin, yesterday. To-day's races resulted as follows:— Hurdles : Trapper 1, Civic 2, Garibaldi 8. Won by the shortest of heads. Maiden Plate: St. James 1. - St. Andrew’s Handicap: Sultan 1, Wolverine 2, Hermitage 3.
